Have you found a bracelet you want but want a different charm? Get in touch with your request and we will adjust it to your preferences.

Ordering

An order confirmation is sent to your email address when you have completed an order at checkout. The order confirmation shows the information about your order, price, selected billing and delivery address. Send an email to info@feelgoodjewelry.se if you see that something is incorrect in the order confirmation.

Delivery and shipping

Your order is dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 2-3 working days. If an order is placed on a holiday, it will be sent on the following Monday. Delivery takes place with PostNord and can be tracked. You will receive a confirmation that the package has been sent, where you can also follow your order using a tracking link. If you shop for at least SEK 299, shipping is included in your order, otherwise the shipping cost is SEK 49. Orders are only shipped within Sweden.

Have you not received your package?

The shipping is handled by PostNord and a tracking link is sent when the order is shipped. If you have questions about your package, contact PostNord customer service for further assistance.

Payment method

If you have paid with Klarna and need support for returns or other questions, contact Klarna's customer service . You can find your purchases with Klarna in the Klarna app.

Right of withdrawal

If you cancel an order, you have the right by law to return your item within 14 days, from when you received the ordered item. Email info@feelgoodjewelry.se or fill in the contact form if you regret a purchase and include your name, address, order number. Clearly write which products the return applies to if you have ordered several products. You are responsible for the shipping cost for the return and that it is shipped in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the item if the product has been used or is damaged.

Product complaint

If the product is defective or incorrect, complaints must be made by emailing info@feelgoodjewelry.se or filling in the contact form with as clear and detailed information as possible. Include order number and your contact information. We always try to deliver a new product, but should that not be possible, you will be refunded according to the Consumer Protection Act. We bear the cost of return shipping in the event of approved complaints. However, we reserve the right to reject a complaint if it is established that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. When it comes to complaints, we follow the guidelines from the General Complaints Board, which can be found on the website arn.se.
